We supply customized Aluminum Extrusion for heat sink, we have 11 advanced extrusion production lines from demestic or abroad, with capability from 630T to 2750T. We imported 1 anodizing production line and 1 advanced power coating production line, forming a complete systom from extrusion to oxidation and coating.

If our Aluminium Profiles are not suitable for you, you could provide us your samples or technical drawings, we can extruded according to your designs.

surface treatment:

milling-polish-anodize(include color for silver, red, champagne, black, blue, bronze and so on)-brush-sandblasting-powder coated and so on .

Mould processing: make drawing-confirmed drawing-add material -lathe-drilling-milling-polish-treatment for heat resistance-wire cutting-electrical spark -assemble mould
